Tanya Burnell

Ms. Burnell serves as a Director of CC Industries, Inc., an affiliate of Henry Crown and Company, a privately owned investment company that invests in public and private securities, real estate, and operating companies. In her role, Ms. Burnell focuses primarily on sourcing and executing new investment opportunities, and providing strategic, financial and operational oversight to operating companies. Previously, Ms. Burnell served as a Director and Co-Head of Corporate Development for UL (Underwriters Laboratories) and Vice President of the Investment Banking Division for Citigroup. Ms. Burnell holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from the University of Richmond, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Mr. Musa has over thirty years of leadership, planning, and development experience in the petrochemical and biopolymer industry, including senior advisory and board roles at Advent International, Bain & Company, Oxiteno, Abiquim (Associação Brasileira da Indústria Química), International Council of Chemical Associations, Alliance to End Plastic Waste, Amcham (Brazil-US Chamber of Commerce), the American Chemical Council and the World Plastics Council. Musa was the CEO of Braskem S.A. from 2016 to 2019 and CEO of Braskem America (with responsibility for Braskem´s businesses in USA and Europe) from 2012 to 2016, where he launched multiple initiatives and achieved record EBITDA. Fluent in four languages, Mr. Musa has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico da Aeronáutica (ITA) in Brazil, and a Masters of Business Administration from Insead in Fountainebleau, France.

Mr. Coombs most recently served from January 2017 through July 2020 as executive vice president global manufacturing, projects and refining for LyondellBasell Industries N.V. Mr. Coombs previously served as executive vice president for LyondellBasell's global business lines: olefins and polyolefins from January 2016 to January 2017, intermediates and derivatives from May 2015 to January 2016, and technology from May 2015 to September 2019.

Mr. Coombs previously spent 37 years at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company and Phillips Petroleum, serving as senior vice president global manufacturing from December 2013 to May 2015, specialties, aromatics and styrenics from January 2012 to November 2013, and deputy general manager, Qatar Chemical Company. Mr. Coombs earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University, a Master of Science from the University of Tulsa and a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University. Mr. Coombs is an American Institute of Chemical Engineers Foundation Trustee and Chairman for the Corporate Council.  In addition, Mr. Coombs is a registered professional engineer.

Dustin Olson is Chief Executive Officer for PureCycle Technologies. Prior to joining PureCycle in 2021, Olson spent more than 20 years developing a diverse career path across refining, olefins, specialty chemicals, and specialty polymers throughout the United States, The Netherlands, and China. Earlier in his career, Olson held senior leadership roles in manufacturing, commercial, and business support functions in refining, commodity chemicals, and specialty polymer business units across the world. Olson holds a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla, a Master’s in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Rice University. He supports numerous educational endeavors as a Board Member for the Industrial Advisor Counsel at the University of Missouri-Rolla Department of Chemical Engineering (2009-12), the Rice University Jones School Alumni (2010-13), and the Steeleville High School Foundation (current). In 2021, Olson was honored by the Missouri University of Science and Technology as a new inductee to the Academy of Chemical Engineers.
